Salmon Tartare Recipe
(Maxwel's concoction via Melvin Corpuz, his big brother.)
- Lemon juice
- Olive Oil
- Onions (optional)
- Dollop of cream cheese (or cream fraische)
- Pita Chips or Cucumber cups
- Cream cheese (salmon or chive)
Mix that shit together.
Best served chilled in freezer for 20 minutes.
Best for appetizers, but who gives a damn. Make a dinner out of it.
